Tribe Experience in Ecuador
About
What about tourism at these communities:
It takes time and hard work to make these local people trust on tourism and make them realize that If they keep they tradittions alive they can enrich their culture and small villages with the flow of visitors.
We encourage these families to never give up on teaching their tradittions, language, food, music and clothing style so that new generations keep the culture alive despite the fact of being so close to big dangerous and destructive populations like Santo Domingo.
About the Tribe Experience
About our experience leading visitors to these communities
Our experience takes place at one of the eight Tsachilas tribe communities. The time we will share with them will be so special since they are a very proud culture and you can feel the natural culture atmosphere while visiting one of these villages. You can expect being part of the music, food, language, and other tradittions during your stay.
Is this Ecuador Tribe Experience recommended for all ages?
Yes! Actually we reccomend this experience for families with children and teenagers since the educational enrichment they can get is amazing. We reccomend this Ecuador Tribe Experience with the Tsachilas Group for the unique opportunity.
How long doest it take from Quito?
Our full day your experience starts at 7am. It takes about 2 and a half hours to get there but during the route from Quito to the Tribe Village we will make a couple of stops to explore a waterfall, one popular small town where local sweets making is very tranditional and finally the Village.
